Research Interests: American Politics, Public Opinion, Political Behavior, Political Engagement and Participation, Identity Politics, Research Methods.

Teaching Experience: Introduction to U.S. Politics, Introduction to Comparative Politics, State and Local Government.

Alexandra is the Vice President of the Political Science Graduate Students Association (PSGA) at KU. She received the 2017-2018 Allan J. Cigler Academic Enrichment Fund Award from the KU Political Science Department.

She has been a member of the Secretariat at American Model United Nations International in Chicago, IL since 2015 and is serving as the 2018 Vice President of the General Assembly and as a member of the Conference Leadership Team.
