Biography

Mr. Patrick Wesner is a commissioned Foreign-Service Officer with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and has served in Washington D.C., Malawi, Mozambique, Afghanistan, and the Philippines.  Mr. Wesner also served as the Distinguished Chair for Development Studies at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in Ft. Leavenworth where he taught courses on development and diplomacy.  Mr. Wesner began his international career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia.  Mr. Wesner has a masters degree in Strategic Studies from the School of Advanced Military Studies in Kansas, a masters degree in International Education from the School for International Training in Vermont, and a bachelors degree in History and Sociology from Duquesne University in Pennsylvania.
